Spring Cleaning for Homes
Whether you need a one-time clean or you want to sign up for our recurring cleaning we start with our spring cleaning. This top-to-bottom cleaning gets everything clean and is a thorough and detailed cleaning of your entire home. This is how we get your home ready to be maintained on a regular basis. For the spring cleaning services, we are happy to make any adjustments to suit your specific needs.
Kitchen
•Scrub counter tops and back splash
•Clean and sanitize sink; polish if stainless steel
•Clean microwave interior and exterior
•Hand wipe all small appliances and other items on the countertops.
•Clean and polish oven and refrigerator exterior only (interior of the fridge can be clean upon request, oven must run self-clean).
•Clean and polish vent hood (we do not clean the inside or the filter).
•Remove trash and replace liner
•Vacuum and mop floors.
Bathroom
•Cobwebs removed
•Hand wash interior doors, door frames, ceiling fans, light fixtures, window sills, window ledges, baseboards, cabinets, and tops of any exposed cabinets.
•Exhaust vent brushed clean
•Streak-free clean mirrors
•Clean and disinfect counter top, sinks, and toilets
•Scrub any soap scrum and hard water stains up to two times (clients may need to provide hasher chemicals of there’s excess soap scrum of hard water buildup).
•Glass doors clean and shined
•Bathtub scrubbed and fixtures shined.
Living Areas
•Cobwebs remove
•Hand wash interior doors, door frames, ceiling fans, light fixtures. Window sills, windows ledges, baseboards, cabinets and tops of and exposed cabinets.
•Pictures and art work dusted
•Furniture dusted(We do not move furniture- we will dust under as best as we can).
•Make beds, arrange throw pillows, (sheets changed upon request).
•All electronics dusted (we do not touch and television or computer screen).
•Streak—free clean all mirrors
•Streak-free clean all entry and exit glass doors (weather permitting).
•Disinfect light switches and door knobs
•Wastebaskets emptied
•Vacuum and mop floors.
Extras
•Hand wash wood blinds or shutters upon request
•We do not clean aluminum mini-blinds
•We do not climb higher that a 2-step ladder.
•Higher items will only be dusted with and extension duster
•Most homes have at least one chandelier or a vaulted ceiling fan that cannot reach by hand; we’ll do our best to dust with our extension duster.
•Vacuum reachable fan vents(Exterior only).
